Data Deletion Instruction

Our application uses third party logins, e.g. Google and Facebook Login for authentication. We do not store any personal data from the third party account beyond what is required for login (such as your name, email, or profile ID).

How to Request Data Deletion

If you want to delete your data associated with our app, please follow the steps below:

1. Send an email to clubhotel.helpdesk@gmail.com with the subject line: "ClubHotel Data Deletion Request".
2. We will delete:
   • Your third party linked account
   • Any stored profile information
   • Any app-related data associated with your third party account
3. Your data will be permanently removed ASAP according to the system maintenance schedule.
